Moving To Spain And Looking For Work Part 1

Moving To Spain And Looking For Work

If you are Moving To Spain And Looking For Work then here is Some great advice that could save you time money and your marrage.
Now living and working in Spain for more than 10 years and dating a Spanish girl of my dreams. after Moving To Spain And Looking For Work and finding it there are many things i have learnt along the way and just by reading this post you may not only have a better idea of what it is "REALLY" like but may end up saving your marrage to. Or helping you to meet the women of your dreams ...yes really..read on..
About 12 Years ago I was working in The UK as a carpenter and had often thought about Moving To Spain And Looking For Work. I had had many good holidays to Spain as a child with my parents  and always wanted the holidays to last longer but never really thought it would be possible to someday live and work there.
Now Here I am living and working in Spain living the Spanish lifestyle and still traveling the world doing the things I love. So how did I do it?...

Well I remember the day I decided to just move to Spain, There i was sitting in my van on my way home from working on a building site in sussex in the south of England. As I sat in my van stuck in a traffic jam that was the norm for that part of Brighton at that time of day, I looked out of the van window as the rain came lashing down, It had been raining for most of that day and I had been wet nearly all day.
There it was.....a poster on the side of a bus stop that showed a pretty girl sitting on a sandy beach sunbathing, I think the ad was for a holiday company. I found myself looking at the picture and just longing to be there.
Why not I thought, I hated my boring job, the weather in the uk was unreliable and I did have some savings for a holiday. Even then I didn't really think about Moving To Spain And Looking For Work it was just a holiday I needed. As the traffic started to move forward slowly I began thinking that as soon as I got home that I would tell my wife that we were going on holiday that next week, we were not going to wait , we were just going.
Then just a few miles up the road and still crawling along in traffic I saw another poster on the side of a shop that had some Spanish dancing girls in national costume, well that was it a real sign that we just had to go. Finally the traffic cleared and I was back on the motorway. Now I couldn't stop thinking about going to Spain and as I thought about it I started to think why not just go and live there for a few months. There really was no reason why we couldn't try it.

Dream Of Moving To Spain And Looking For Work

We had a nice house with some savings not a lot but enough for us not to work for a few months, we had no kids and i was self employed so I could go when I wanted, my wife could take a few months off without pay and still have a job when she returned, all sounded great now it was just a case of convincing my wife who was normally very level headed and I was sure that this was going to be a challenge.
As I pulled up into the drive i felt very excited and saw that her car was in the drive so she was here now just to tell her we are off to Spain.
After the Hi babe how are you I said sit down I need to tell you something, she was tired and had had a bad day at work, it was the end of the week and this was always a busy time for her.
"Guess what" I said, "we are going to be Moving To Spain And Looking For Work
"... I said it as a bit of a joke really and expected her to ..say "yes right ok some day".But no she said " When?  can we go next week". I said "no really why not we could go for a few months to see what its like". "OK lets go then"she said we could go for a few months if you like. I just couldn't belive that she had felt the same way as I did, i guess that we had both had a bit of a day and thats why she was ok with the idea.
We did talk a bit more about it that night and went to bed, the next day I went up to the shop early and on my return to the house was greated by my wife who said "listen I could take 6 months off work and still have a job to come back to, shall we go for 6 months as a trial.
I was blown away as that sounded perfect, we sat down that morning and went over all the details.
1 month later the house was rented out and we were all packed and off to Spain, we had rented an apartment right on the beach in a small tourist part of Spain called Almeria, although we knew very little about this part of Spain we thought that as there were a few tourist attractions there it would be a good place to start. This really was it , we were Moving To Spain And Looking For Work.

The first day we arrived in Spain we talked to the women we rented the apartment from and she told us of a bar that ran a sort of expats club on a Monday night and that we should go as there was many expats there and that I might be able to find some work.
A few days later we headed off to the "club" not really knowing what to expect, we were welcomed in by a nice couple who sort of ran it, there was about 25 people and that number varied from week to week and most had moved there to retire or had a holiday home there, we were quickly introduced to an English guy sitting in the corner who ran a small business doing maintenance work for the local expats in the area, he had been there for a few years and had just bought a piece of land in the hills and was about to start building a new house for himself.

After Moving To Spain And Looking For Work, I found It

He was looking for a carpenter as he had a few guys already that had been working for him doing maintenance jobs but he didn't have a good carpenter. This was perfect and we shook hands and arranged for me to start with him as a trail that next week. As I walked back over to my wife who was chatting to some women in the corner i had a smile from ear to ear as I told her that I had a job and was starting next week.
The money was not good but it was a start and as long as we could pay the rent and some food that would be enough for a start.
So a few days later there I was living and working in sunny Spain, a far cry from just a few weeks ago when I was working in the wet and windy UK getting wet all day and sitting in traffic jams each night. Now after work we sat on the terrace sipping a glass of wine and watched the sun go down.....life was perfect .....although I thought...........

Moving To Spain And Looking For Work,

Moving To Spain And Looking For Work,

Forward now a few years and there we were after Moving To Spain And Looking For Work and finding it in Almeria southern Spain,, we were in a new house just up the road from the apartment that we had been renting. We had bought the 2 bed place over looking the beach and had sold our UK home, I was working for the same guy but now self employed and my wife had a part time job in an estate agents in town. I had started to take on my own jobs and had a few guys now working for me part time, I was starting to make some good money and had plenty of work, Then as the crisis started to hit, it hit Spain hard, almost over night work started to dry up, people were just not having the work done as everyone was worried about just what was going to happen. I was having jobs cancelled every day and in just 2 weeks I was working on my own with just enough work to pay the bills, but only just.

As each week passed I did think that  Moving To Spain And Looking For Work may have been a bad move, the money became less and less until there were weeks when I had nothing at all. At this point my wife and I had not been getting on well as she had had enough and had wanted to return to the UK as she missed family and friend. Going back was not for me, the crisis was global and going back to the Uk would mean I was going to be working on some building site in the rain if I could even find work there. No I was staying and that was it.

One of the hardest times and just a few weeks pasted and we decided to split up and she would go back to the UK and I would stay but we agreed to meet up in 3 months back in the uk to see what we were going to do about our future together. We had started to drift apart for some time and I guess it was mostly because Moving To Spain And Looking For Work was my dream more than my wife's, she wanted a long holiday and probably not a life changing move to Spain that I had wanted.

Moving To Spain And Looking For Work,

is it what you "BOTH" want ?

The months passed quickly and the day came when we met up in a pub back in the UK, from the start it was clear that we would not get back together again and came to a mutual agreement to get devoriced. It was pretty quick really only about 4 months passed and there i was alone in Spain devoriced and still having no real work. The money went fast and I had to put the house up for sale.
I was earning some money but in a few months it would be all taken up by morgage payments so the house had to go.
At this time I joined a small walking club here run by some local Spanish girls, it was a way for me to improve my poor Spanish and also meet new people, I wasn't really looking for another wife just yet but liked the people on the walking trips and it really helped my Spanish improve fast. I now thought that Moving To Spain And Looking For Work had been the right thing to do.

One day as we sat at the top of this hill having a rest one of the girls who was about my age told me that I should come dancing with them one night, Dancing me no I don't think so I had 2 left feet. She went on to tell me it was a salsa dancing club and the lessons were free to start and that there was loads of pretty young girls and not to many guys. Well it sounded great but I was still not convinced.
The next week on another walking trip this same girl asked again and said that this saturday night there was going to be a big dancing party and that I should come along just to watch. I had not been out much and didn't have many friends here out side of work so agreed.
On the Saturday night as we walked into the club I was blown away...There is a way that I can describe it best....Do you remember the film dirty dancing right..well the bit where the guys are having a back stage party away from all the guests and every one is dirty dancing and having a great time.... well that is just what it was like a set from a film but here it was in my home town.

It was in August so it was hot and most of the girls had very short skirts or dresses on and there were people of all ages dancing with each other and everyone was just having a great time, it is a seen that i will never forget as i just couldn't take my eyes of the pretty girls.
One of the girls introduced my to the dance teacher who spoke a little English but he was the only one there who did. He said that the class was starting in about 10 mins and that I should join in. There was no way that i going to join in I knew nothing about this but the salsa music was amazing. Moving To Spain And Looking For Work was ok but really living the Spanish lifestyle was what it was really all about.

Moving To Spain And Looking For Work,And living the lifestyle

The class started and they all lined up in about 4 rows guys and girls but mostly girls. The teacher looked at me and waved me over, i gestured no but this really pretty girl in a very short skirt took my hand and lead me to the end of a line and started to show me the moves.
No one was really looking at me and as there was only 2 people there that even knew me i thought what the hell and started going through the moves.

after about 1 hour we had a break and the music started up and people started to find a partner and dance with them. now back in the UK if you asked another guys girl to dance there would probably be a fit but here it was normal for guys and girls to just grab a partner no matter weather they were along or with some one and start dirty dancing with them...it was amazing.
So the weeks passed and I started having lesson 3 times a week, I was really hooked and loved the music and the pretty girls dancing close to me was pretty nice to.
Then one night just after the lesson had started in walked this amazing girl, she was tall blond and slim with long blond hair and very smartly dressed in a white dancing dress and high heels.
she was with a guy but they didn't seem to be to close and they both started in the class but it was clear that they could both dance.
As the lesson went on we changes partners a few times untill she was dancing with me. wow she was even more beautifull  up close and she danced really well.

After the lesson I went to the bar for a drink and as I was getting my drink she taped me on the shoulder and asked if I was Engalish, Yes I said , she told me in very porr English that she was learning English for her work and had been learning for a few years and wanted to practice with me, I was blown away and we sat chatting in Spanglish for about 1 hour, then I asked her to dance and even though my dancing was not up to her standards we had a great time.
I made arrangments to see her again in the class at the end of the week and went home feeling great.
Come the end of the week and there we were in the club dancing and talking , we decide to meet up the next afternoon on the beach to practice English, at this piont I was not sure if she was interested in me or just wanted to learn English for free. As the date went on I could see that we had some sparkle there and after a few more dates we became a coupe.
Not only did her English get better but so did my Spanish and my dancing. We went dancing about 3 times a week and I made some amazing new Spanish friends.
We have been together now for nearly 4 years and will be getting married this August.
After selling my house we now live together and I took a course online learning how to build website and after trying many ways to make some money online i am now Blogging about the things that interest my and traveling the wordf blogging about my experiences. How To Generate Traffic To A Blog Post.

How To Generate Traffic To A Blog Post.

How To Generate Traffic To A Blog Post is a popular question asked by many new bloggers when they first start exploring marketing on the Internet. Everywhere you look, you will see successful marketers creating a blog for their new product or they have a business blog which they update religiously. So How To Generate Traffic To A Blog Post.

This is what frustrates people the most because when they start creating a blog with several posts published, they realize that traffic their is almost non existent. The reason is because no one knows about their blog and search engine traffic for the posts is zero. What a lot of people don't understand is that to generate traffic to a blog requires certain skills and also time. You need to do several things right with your blog and also you need to give it time for people to know about it and for search engines to index it.

How To Generate Traffic To A Blog Post.

Here are some of my  tips you can use for How To Generate Traffic To A Blog Post. 1. Write daily Quality Content If you want people to read your blog then your content needs to be very good. A short blog post which delivers no value won't have people reading your blog. In addition, it is very unlikely that they will share your posts on the social networks and tell their friends about it.

If you consistently churn out great content, sooner or later, people will begin to talk about your blog and you'll have more and more visitors. 2. Entertaining As well as great content, you also need to entertain your readers. This is very important because quality content alone will not make people read your posts. To make your post entertaining, you need to insert pictures, have videos, give a lot of white space for the text, tell a joke and give the post a charismatic voice. If you're boring, people will leave your blog quickly. By the way heres a quick joke:

A young boy enters a barber shop and the barber whispers to his customer, “This is the dumbest kid in the world. Watch while I prove it to you.” The barber puts a dollar bill in one hand and two quarters in the other, then calls the boy over and asks, “Which do you want, son?” The boy takes the quarters and leaves the dollar. “What did I tell you?” said the barber. “That kid never learns!” Later, when the customer leaves, he sees the same young boy coming out of the ice cream store and says, “Hey, son! May I ask you a question? Why did you take the quarters instead of the dollar bill?” The boy licked his ice cream cone and replied, “Because the day I take the dollar, the game’s over!”

How To Generate Traffic To A Blog Post.

3. Promote Your Blog Once your blog is ready to receive visitors, you now need to promote your blog. You can do this by writing articles with a link to your blog, post on forums, comment on other blogs, upload related YouTube videos, email your list, share it on social networks and buy solo-ads. If you don't promote your blog, how on earth are people going to know about it? There are many more techniques to generate traffic to your blog but these 3 are the essential ones.

A blog definitely plays an important part in building an online business. It's a good idea to know how to protect it from crashes, as well as knowing how to generate traffic with blogs. See the video on how to start your online blogging business click here now.

How Do I Make Money With A Blog

How Do I Make Money With A Blog,

I'm often asked that question How Do I Make Money With A Blog, with the world still in economic crisis at the moment people from all walks of life are fed up with their 9-5 or just want to start earning what they are really worth and have the time and freedom to enjoy it.

To start with it is possible to do this quickly. Doing things quickly and easily is nearly impossible. Doing things quickly, easily and cheaply now that's another story altogether. Here in this blog article I'm going to focus on 2 of my favorite answers to the question we all ask nowadays..How Do I Make Money With A Blog, We all want quick and cheap ways of How Do I Make Money With A Blog. There is some effort involved in creating a good blog and you will need to be able to  drive traffic to your blog, Anyone who has had ago at blogged before will know, creating a blog and setting it up in the first place can be time consuming. And traffic is the key of blogging success, Both setting up and maintaining a blog can involve time or money.

How Do I Make Money With A Blog

My  first and for my it was the easiest answer to How Do I Make Money With A Blog, was for me to sell other people's products on my site. This is called affiliate marketing.  This is a really good way to promote other peoples products and when you make a sell you receive a commission. The more traffic you drive to your site or blog the more chance you have of making a sale and therefore gaining a commission.

How Do I Make Money With A Blog

With this method you can either use advertise on your site or use email marketing. The best thing is to try both and stick with what works for you and maybe that will be a mixture of the both ideas. With email marketing you will need to create some form of give away in exchange for your prospect's email details and one way I used with a wind and solar power site of mine was to buy some wind generator plans and give them away to people in exchange for their email details. so as to build a list. Another method is to sell your services as a blogger.

Why not use your blog as an advertisement for your blogging services. Many small businesses want an online presence on the internet. In today's world they need a presence on the internet. The traditional static website isn't enough these days it needs to be full of fresh daily content and a way to keep in touch with their clients and prospects by letting them know about new and up and coming products. Most small businesses don't really have the time, the skill nor the interest in setting up and maintaining a blog. This is something that you can sell, your service to them.

There you have  my answer to..How Do I Make Money With A Blog, If you want to earn 100% commissions with your own blogging business then click here now and take that first step to generating your new online future.

Living In Spain and Working Online From Home

Living In Spain and Working Online From Home

One of the great things about Living In Spain and Working Online From Home, is that you can stop at anytime to just go out and enjoy the sun. When I lived in the UK, there was never much time to enjoy the weather. If the forcast for the weekend was good we would plan to go out for the day but so many times the forcast was wrong and yes another wet or windy weekend sitting watching the tv.

Living In Spain and Working Online From Home

One of my hobbies back in the UK was paragliding and after a long week working on a site as a carpenter, I would long for the weekend to come so as I could go jump off some hill or cliff. many a Saturday morning I would awake to open the curtains to find rain running down the windows or a strong wind. Here in Almeria, Spain, We only get about 10 days a year of rain and that's only for about an hour each time so this opens up so many more opportunities to enjoy the outdoor life.

Living In Spain and Working Online From Home

The other day we had been invited to a BBQ at some friends house and the invitation was for the following week, I though wow its great to know that it will almost certainly be a perfect day for it because you just don't need to worry about the weather here. So if you think you would like Living In Spain and Working Online From Home, just take a look at the video below to see how its possible.

Jobs for English Expats working in Spain

Jobs for English Expats working in Spain

With more and more people leaving the uk for that better life in Spain  Jobs for English Expats working in Spain are harder to find. The locals are finding it hard to get jobs so the British will find it even more difficult. For the last 10 years now I have lived in Almeria Spain and love it. but It has had its moments when I thought of packing up and going back. If you are thinking of packing up and moving to Spain then there are 3 main points I think that you need to think hard about before making that leap.

Jobs for English Expats working in Spain

1. Ask yourself WHY? and for most it is the weather and the outdoor style life that the Spanish have. Yes the weather is great here most of the year and the dry rain free climate is amazing. If it is only for the weather then i would say just have more holidays in Spain and stay in the uk.  Jobs for English Expats working in Spain all available if you are sure its what you want and you look hard.

 2. If you want to start a new life here then you need to find work and this is now very difficult even if you can speak Spanish, if you cant speak Spanish then you will be very lucky to find anything other than low paid bar work and remember that here in Spain they work from about 7:30am to 9 pm, long days and mostly 6 days a week.  Jobs for English Expats working in Spain are very different here.

 3. Although there is a large community of British here in Spain, you will do well here if you join in with the Spanish people as much as possible, so many times here the British stay in little groups and drink and eat in the English bars, I have found that the ones that tend to stay here long term and do well here are those who mix with the Spanish more. Jobs for English Expats working in Spain. Be prepared to change your way of life completely.
