10 Reasons To Move To Spain

10 Reasons To Move To Spain

If you live in England then Most of you would have had a dream  to immigrate to the warmer shores of Spain and with the crisis all over the world as it is at the moment, many are now doing just that. So the question is what are the 10 Reasons To Move To Spain?
After much research on the subject,Here are the 10 Reasons To Move To Spain, see if they give you the inclination to up sticks and head for warmer shores.

. 1. Is oviously The Weather The Southern Spain regularly has over 320 days of sunshine a year with very little rainfall. This area has a unique dry climate and very mild winters, is the main reasons why so many British  people and the northern Europeans decide to make Spain their home. With only  two hours from England by plane means that you are never to far away from your friends and family. Just hop on a plane if you become home sick for the wind rain.

 2. The Healthy lifestyle. For the retired people who suffer from Asthma, Rheumatism, Arthritis or heart problems, this dry, warmer climate with loads of fresh air, and very low pollution, is just what your doctor ordered. The Spanish health care is now excellent, so a move to Spain is not anything to worry about health-wise.

 3. The Higher Standard of Living British people are now making the move from their windy homes in the UK to the white sandy beaches of  Spain. Spanish days seem longer and the nights shorter in this more outdoors style of living. Even after a long days work, there is always time to relax around the pool or chill out on your terrace as darkness takes its time to arrive. With the sun shine averaging 9 hours a day, its possible to plan in advanced for that party or barbecue.

10 Reasons To Move To Spain

4. Low Cost Of Living Spain still has greatly reduced living costs compared to that of the UK, the crime rates here are also very low, That is a great top 10 Reasons To Move To Spain. a TV licence is Free here unlike that in Britain and insurance in general is much lower than that in England. The local council tax or the equivalent here is about 130 euros a year and that's for rubbish clearance every night and all local services. NO poll tax there and they take all the rubbish and don't leave any half way down your drive. To own a property in Spain costs considerably less than in other European countries, like England, In general the cost of living is much lower than that of many other European countries. so a move to Spain is looking like a step in the right direction. So these are a few of my personal 10 Reasons To Move To Spain. Read on...........

. 5. Buying in Spain. Buying in Spain is now very safe but with the economy changing you will need to be cautious. Its still possible to find a bargin priced property if you spend some time looking. In property hot-spots and near the beach, prices are rising but a good estate agent in the right location, will help you find a property that's just right for you.

10 Reasons To Move To Spain

6. Getting Value for your Money Some older properties in Spain are in general quite large but basically constructed but newer homes are modern and well built, Spanish properties are attractive and usually have lots of outdoor living space,  patios, terraces, swimming pool areas. Views in the mountains or near the beaches are spectacular and the older Spanish homes near the beach can be very pretty. Town apartments are great value for money and often have a communal swimming pool.

 7. Easy travel With daily flights in and out of Southern Spain, good roads and trains, there are many ways to arrive at this beautiful region, also easy for family and friends to visit. if a family emergency arises and you need to return to the UK fast, its never a problem. There are many large and international airports now in Southern Spain.
 8. The Local Spanish People My personal favorite 10 Reasons To Move To Spain is that the Spanish people are very warm and friendly, they have some lovely local customs to share, they have excellent dishes, tapas in many southern areas are free with a beer or wine and on festive occasions they love to share their customs with people from other countries. Making new friends and integrating does not take a lot of effort. If you try to learn the language this will help tremendously.
 9. Long term Investment. Buying property in Spain is now a common occurrence and people from other countries have been investing in property and companies for many years, This means it is not as risky as it was about 10 years ago, The regulations have been tightened up and there is now a more professional approach to buying and selling of property exchange of your money through the banks is now very efficient for foreign investors.
 10. Your better Quality of Life Not only do you feel younger, healthier and more vibrant, enjoying the sunshine and healthy foods, eases the stresses of every day life, living a more out door lifestyle is healthier for the mine and body, these are the reasons why people move to southern Spain.

TO LIVE LIFE TO THE FULL.
Don't Wait until you are retired to enjoy a life in the sun, Go now! Many people are starting online businesses and working online as they life their dream life in the sunshine. So there you have it, My personal top 10 Reasons To Move To Spain.

How To Generate Traffic To A Blog Post.

How To Generate Traffic To A Blog Post is a popular question asked by many new bloggers when they first start exploring marketing on the Internet. Everywhere you look, you will see successful marketers creating a blog for their new product or they have a business blog which they update religiously. So How To Generate Traffic To A Blog Post.
This is what frustrates people the most because when they start creating a blog with several posts published, they realize that traffic their is almost non existent. The reason is because no one knows about their blog and search engine traffic for the posts is zero. What a lot of people don't understand is that to generate traffic to a blog requires certain skills and also time. You need to do several things right with your blog and also you need to give it time for people to know about it and for search engines to index it.

How To Generate Traffic To A Blog Post.

Here are some of my  tips you can use for How To Generate Traffic To A Blog Post. 1. Write daily Quality Content If you want people to read your blog then your content needs to be very good. A short blog post which delivers no value won't have people reading your blog. In addition, it is very unlikely that they will share your posts on the social networks and tell their friends about it. If you consistently churn out great content, sooner or later, people will begin to talk about your blog and you'll have more and more visitors. 2. Entertaining As well as great content, you also need to entertain your readers. This is very important because quality content alone will not make people read your posts. To make your post entertaining, you need to insert pictures, have videos, give a lot of white space for the text, tell a joke and give the post a charismatic voice. If you're boring, people will leave your blog quickly. By the way heres a quick joke:  A young boy enters a barber shop and the barber whispers to his customer, “This is the dumbest kid in the world. Watch while I prove it to you.” The barber puts a dollar bill in one hand and two quarters in the other, then calls the boy over and asks, “Which do you want, son?” The boy takes the quarters and leaves the dollar. “What did I tell you?” said the barber. “That kid never learns!” Later, when the customer leaves, he sees the same young boy coming out of the ice cream store and says, “Hey, son! May I ask you a question? Why did you take the quarters instead of the dollar bill?” The boy licked his ice cream cone and replied, “Because the day I take the dollar, the game’s over!”

3. Promote Your Blog Once your blog is ready to receive visitors, you now need to promote your blog. You can do this by writing articles with a link to your blog, post on forums, comment on other blogs, upload related YouTube videos, email your list, share it on social networks and buy solo-ads. If you don't promote your blog, how on earth are people going to know about it? There are many more techniques to generate traffic to your blog but these 3 are the essential ones. A blog definitely plays an important part in building an online business. It's a good idea to know how to protect it from crashes, as well as knowing how to generate traffic with blogs. Mexico Travel Tips, On Playa Del Carmen

Mexico Travel Tips, On Playa Del Carmen

This will be my best traveling year to date with 3 times  to mexico this year i would like to give my Mexico Travel Tips, On Playa Del Carmen. These tips will hopefully save you some time and money. Playa Del Carmen is situated right on the beach about 40 minutes down the cost from Cancun and only about 30 minutes from the airport. First the airport.

On arriving at Cancun airport and after you pass passport control, you will be met by many mexican  reps all standing in a line just inside the airport doors.
These guys are over friendly and really just want to sell you guided tours or transport to your hotel.

Mexico Travel Tips, On Playa Del Carmen

If you make it out side in one piece then you will need to find your rep for the bus or if you are like us you will have booked a car to pick you up as there are no taxis at the airport. Playa Del Carmen, Has some hotels along the beach front but nothing large as those of Cancun. The beaches are of pure white sand and the sea a million shades of blue.

We stayed in an apartment for 4 weeks just 1 street back from the beach. If you book an apartment you can normally use the connecting hotel facilities and pool as we did, one of my best Mexico Travel Tips, On Playa Del Carmen is we liked the freedom to come and go and an apartment with a small kitchen was perfect for our 4 week stay this is a great way to really be apart of the community.
There a small 10 seater mini buses that run everywhere and they are very cheap but there are also hundreds of taxis and the price to go anywhere local was so cheap that we mostly used the taxis, you will find that you only have to raise a hand and a taxis will
apear from nowhere.

Mexico Travel Tips, On Playa Del Carmen

Along the beach front are bars and restaurants and most speak English, the dollar and the euro is excepted everywhere, but if you change any money just be sure to go to the bank as some of the street corner money exchange places are a bit hit and miss, they don't always give the correct rate....be careful here. Mexico Travel Tips, On Playa Del Carmen

If you do stay in an apartment then shop at the larger stores like walmart as the prices there are better value. The small local shops are ok but if you don't speak Spanish you may pay a little more than the locals, some times it is difficult to blend in with bright shorts, T shirts and a white face and the Mexicans think that all tourists have loads of money and will always try to get you to buy more stuff than you need. One every street you will find the owners and shop staff sitting out side welcoming you in to buy and although they are friendly it can get a bit much after a few days.

How to start an online business from David Wright on Vimeo. Playa Del Carmen is a very safe place for families and there are many armed police on every street, they are there to protect the tourists as many years ago there had been a few robberies and the government is doing everything now to make sure that this doesn't happen again...all in all we never saw any problems anywhere on any of our stays in Mexico and the people are all so friendly,

they really want you to enjoy their amazing country. These are my personal Mexico Travel Tips, On Playa Del Carmen and i hope it helps. More Mexico Travel Tips, On Playa Del Carmen at our site and if you want to generate an online income so you can travel the world CLICK HERE NOW!

Living In Spain and Working Online From Home

Living In Spain and Working Online From Home

One of the great things about Living In Spain and Working Online From Home, is that you can stop at anytime to just go out and enjoy the sun. When I lived in the UK, there was never much time to enjoy the weather. If the forcast for the weekend was good we would plan to go out for the day but so many times the forcast was wrong and yes another wet or windy weekend sitting watching the tv.

Living In Spain and Working Online From Home

One of my hobbies back in the UK was paragliding and after a long week working on a site as a carpenter, I would long for the weekend to come so as I could go jump off some hill or cliff. many a Saturday morning I would awake to open the curtains to find rain running down the windows or a strong wind. Here in Almeria, Spain, We only get about 10 days a year of rain and that's only for about an hour each time so this opens up so many more opportunities to enjoy the outdoor life.

Living In Spain and Working Online From Home

The other day we had been invited to a BBQ at some friends house and the invitation was for the following week, I though wow its great to know that it will almost certainly be a perfect day for it because you just don't need to worry about the weather here. So if you think you would like Living In Spain and Working Online From Home, just take a look at the video below to see how its possible.
